I am a strategist and visionary, born and raised in the United States to immigrant parents and shaped by a life lived across continents. My worldview is expansive yet grounded—rooted in optimism, creativity, and the belief that we can radically reimagine what’s possible. I’m driven by the pursuit of justice and the desire to expand opportunity for more people, everywhere.

With over a decade of experience in leading social impact organizations around the world, I bring a global lens, broad network, and strategic clarity to complex challenges. I previously worked at Acumen, leading the implementation of its 10-year strategic direction and building creative partnerships. I’ve served as a senior advisor to Shortlist Futures in Johannesburg, as an organizational management consultant with Social Impact in Washington, D.C., as a fund coordinator at UN Women’s Regional Office in Dakar, Senegal, as an apprentice of social business and innovation at the Grameen Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and as a teacher at a boarding school in Changsha, China.

I hold a Master’s in Business for Social Impact and Organizational Management from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s in Human Development, Gender Studies, and International Studies from Boston College. I am a professionally trained coach, avid reader, curious listener, and committed adventurer.
